Highlights of Foundation Programs:

Mini-Grants

The Highlands County Education Foundation (HCEF) is a direct support organization for Highlands County public schools.  The purpose of the HCEF mini-grants is to enhance creative and innovative instructional projects by providing funds to the schools.  Teachers apply and they are selected for the mini-grants because their proposal will enrich the standard curriculum and directly enhance learning opportunities for students.
