Classroom Mini-Grants - Flagler County teachers are awarded over $22,000 annually through a state matching grant program administered by the  Consortium of Florida Education Foundations to implement innovative projects that enhance student learning.

Gap Initiative - The FCEF actively supports projects that seek  to address the gap between high achieving and low performing students.

Alternative Teacher Education Certification Scholarships - To encourage individuals in the community who have Bachelor's degrees and are interested in becoming teachers in Flagler County Public Schools, the FCEF funds scholarships that will lead to five-year Professional Educator's Certificates.

New Teacher Orientation - The FCEF welcomes new teachers to the school district with a luncheon and gift certificates to buy classroom materials.

Teacher & Employee of the Year Recognition - The FCEF provides funds to help sponsor a recognition reception and program honoring the Flagler County Teacher of the Year and Employee of the Year.

One for the Kids - In collaboration with Flagler County teachers and staff, the FCEF raises funds to support classroom research, teacher retention and training, and projects that promote literacy.

Partners in Education - To help address the challenges relating to the phenomenal growth of Flagler County's student population over the past few years, the FCEF has initiated a Partners in Education program.  There are five partnership categories: Student Friend; Business & Community Associate; Classroom Advocate; Principal's Circle and Superintendent's Circle.
